When was the last time you were offended? How long did you stay offended? Did you finally forgive the offender or are you still holding on to the offense? How is the offense making you feel if you didn’t forgive. If you have forgiven did you moved on?
Offense eats at the person who is offended. It plays like a recorder in your mind, eats holes in your stomach and works on your nerves. It’s just not healthy.
Don’t hold on to the offense. Let it go and move on. Speak to the person or persons in love and let them know how you feel about what they did or said. Tell them you forgive them and you release yourself from the offense.
If this continually happens then maybe you are keeping company with the wrong people and you need to fix that.
Let offense be a thing of the past.
Hi,
I like the way you wrote this. Short, sweet and very much to the point. And I especially like your closing sentence, “let offense be a thing of the past.” Amen.

Thanks very much for your words of encouragement. I try to abide by the rules. It doesn’t take a lot of words to get your point across. If you’re too wordy then people stop reading. Thank for the follow. Blessings.
I am trying to forgive, but I just don’t find it that easy to do.
It isn’t easy. It is a decision that you make a commitment to. Every time the enemy brings the hurt up you give it right back to him and not entertain and rehearse the incident. Don’t let those people and the enemy rent space in your head.
