You loved me through my pain
When you had nothing to gain
My tears were flowing
You dried my eyes
And never asked me the reason why.
Just stayed by my side
Let me bare my soul
When I wasn’t standing
You were the rock I could lean on
You stood me on my feet
And steadied me to move on.
