Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.

Have you ever heard this saying?

I like to change it up a bit.

Do unto others whether or not they do it unto you.

I call that kindness.

It’s not hard to do.

Don’t take it personal if the one you are kind to isn’t kind to you.

There is satisfaction in knowing you did the right thing.

Your kindness can be a seed you sow into someone’s life.

Although it might not mean anything at the moment,

When the seed starts sprouting it can bring change to that person.

Let doing kindness become a part of you.

Do it unconsciously. Do it well.

Upon the Mountain Top

I see the billowing smoke

It’s the presence of the Lord

Like I’ve never seen before

His presence is so powerful

No one can stand

On our face we worship

In silence-we can’t speak

A change has come

No one can explain

Surging through our bodies

His glory with no pain

He’s beautiful, grand and glorious

No words can really describe

His presence, billowing smoke

Him glorified
