In the last few years I’ve had many invitations to play games with my Facebook friends. Invitations also come from friends outside of Facebook. I then have to find the game and download it from the App store.
To play these games your intuition has to kick in because the games don’t come with instruction. It’s really sad when I play the same game level over multiple times but can’t move on to the next level. Sometimes frustration sets in and I put that game on the shelf only to start playing it again when friends nudge me so they can beat me like they always do.
My bowling team plays poker with multiple decks of cards. If we get a spare or strike we get a card. At the end of the game whoever has the best hand wins. The funny thing is we look up poker hands on the iPad or ask someone who wins.
The games I play will continue to be a part of my life for the time being. Maybe one day I’ll be able to beat my opponents.

I haven’t tried too many of the online games and apps although my husband is a big fan of words with friends.I do love card games and grew up playing canasta with my grandmother. I love your version of poker and bowling. Sounds fun!
My friends I play with convinced me to play the app games. Recently one of my bowling partners and I didn’t bowl well enough to get the five cards we needed to make a hand so we put our cards together and still only had four. That was a really bad game but fun. Thanks for visiting. Blessings.
Yes I do like playing games but I can get far too competitive for my own good and partly addicted to some of those app games so I have to limit myself as I have lots more to actually get on and do rather than waste hours trying to get to the next level!! Let’s be honest paying games should be for the fun of it and not because you feel you have to beat a score 🙂
